Women Abandon Thursday Service At Prophet Badu Kobi’s Church
Most women who attend Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi’s church did not attend church service on Thursday evening amid the fallout from his controversial ethnocentric comments about women within certain tribes.
In a live Facebook video on the church’s Facebook page during his usual Thursday service, empty seats can be seen, but the unoccupied seats was not the result of latecomers.
During the live Facebook streaming at his church, only a handful of people logged in to watch online, a clear indication that the Prophet’s ethnocentric comments didn’t go down well with the majority of women in his church and the country at large.
All efforts to get Prophet Badu Kobi to apologise to women have yielded no fruit rather he has flamed the situation by trying to justify his incendiary comments.
